How’s your diet going, Louise?

Whenever I begin a diet, I have always focused on eating.

This time, I’m focusing on drinking!   Water, that is.

I’m also tuning in to the timing in my own body to utilize this product as an assistant to

help me be successful.

So far, I’ve found that the product works to curb hunger.  When I use half a shake in the morning and

the other half whenever I become really hungry, I can control my urges to snack, and at mealtime, I

naturally, realize when I’m satisfied and can easily stop eating because I really do not feel like eating anymore.

In the past, this was not the case for me!

About the Author:

My parents grew up during "the great depression." I was shaped by that kind of limited belief. Now my life is spent imagining and creating the possibilities instead of feeling cramped into a mold predestined for me by someone else. I feel free. I am a child of God's creation, a wife, mother, and grandmother. Besides that I am much more. I am having the best time of my life! I am enjoying many blessings and working so that others may be blessed as well! I live in the east coast U.S. now in the gorgeous part of Virginia we call the Shenandoah Valley. I am a retired mathematics teacher and my husband and I have Leonberger dogs. My husband is a hard worker and he is detailed and meticulous in his work. Work is his love gift. He is quiet mostly, but has an amazing mind and is so funny. After all these years, I still love him so much. I, on the other hand, am easily distracted and do mostly what seems like a lot of fun to me. I enjoy people, and great ideas, and enjoy listening to wonderful conversations. I like the way words go together and the feelings they cause. I am thrilled with humorous stories and fascinated by the way the pieces of life fit together. I enjoy the fields of advertising and sales. I love to travel, and I treasure the special bond between mankind and canines.
