Whenever I begin a diet, I have always focused on eating.
This time, I’m focusing on drinking! Water, that is.
I’m also tuning in to the timing in my own body to utilize this product as an assistant to
help me be successful.
So far, I’ve found that the product works to curb hunger. When I use half a shake in the morning and
the other half whenever I become really hungry, I can control my urges to snack, and at mealtime, I
naturally, realize when I’m satisfied and can easily stop eating because I really do not feel like eating anymore.
In the past, this was not the case for me!
